Terms Of Use


Below are my TOU FOR PSP'ers or anyone who wishes to use my free or ptu photo packages to create with online:
Please Read my TOU before using any of my photos.
1) Do not share these photos or distribute them or upload them to any file sharing site. You can however direct people to my blog if they are interested in using them.
2) You can colorize, resize and animate any of the photos I post for you. Do Not Change File Names!
3) I do require ©Jenny Parson (and http://www.jennyzdreamz.blogspot.com/ where applicable) when using my photos in your creations. When combining my photos with License Company art, please refer to those individual TOU's for ©. Most companies will allow you to put Photo Provided by or Courtesy of (please be sure to check their terms of use beforehand though)
4) My photos may not be used in any money making endeavor. Do Not claim my photos as your own! PLEASE DO NOT PRINT OUT ANY OF MY PHOTOS FOR ANY REASON! If you are interesting in purchasing a copy of any photo then please contact me at my email address (jennyzdreamz@gmail.com)
5) If you are using my photos in a tutorial, please provide a link back to my blog in the "supplies" section of your tutorial. Please send the psp'ers to my blog to download. Do not include my photos in your supplies.
6) Please right click and save to hard drive. Except in those posts inwhich I have used thumbnail previews, for those you will need to click the photo to get the enlarged image then right click and save to your hard drive. Remember to SCROLL to older posts. "Archive" is on the right lower hand corner. Previous photos are not removed from the blog.I would love to see what you create using my photos. You may email me at jennyzdreamz@gmail.com with your tags.

As of July 22, 2008 My Photos can be purchased at Lacy Clagg's Store. All previous freebies are still free to use and you do not need to delete any prior tags.
When using my PTU photos you do have to have a license on your creation, however, when using my freebies you do not need to add a license to those and you can still use those with artist who allow you to do so as long as you include Photo Courtesy of Jenny Parson.

July AOTM (Chrissy Clark) & Christmas in July @ MMPSP


July is going to be packed full of fun at MMPSP. We will be celebrating Christmas in July along with having Chrissy Clark as our AOTM. We are currently holding sign ups for Christmas stockings so if you're a siggie piggie you need to rush right over and sign up.
There will be tons of contests and challenges with chances to win tubes and merchandise. We will also be having a scheduled chat with the talented Chrissy Clark.
This is a well established group of Mom's. No Drama! Copyright Compliant!
Very relaxed laid back group. Come check us out you'll be glad you did.
